Terms and Conditions
1. Scope
These Terms apply to the temporary rental of furnished accommodation by Bliss Place GmbH (“Host”) to guests (“Guest”) via direct booking and related services.
2. Contract Formation
The contract is concluded once the booking is confirmed by the Host or accepted as binding via the booking system.
3. Prices and Payment
Prices shown at the time of booking apply. Payment is made using the methods displayed during booking.
4. Check-in / Check-out
Check-in from 3:00 PM, check-out by 11:00 AM.
Early check-in or late check-out may be available for a fee and subject to availability.
5. Occupancy
The maximum number of guests depends on the specific unit and the booking. Using the accommodation with more guests than stated in the reservation is not permitted.
6. Use / Key Conduct Rules
- No smoking, no parties, and no excessive noise.
- No commercial photography/videography without written permission.
- Illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
7. Damages / Guest Liability
The Guest must treat the accommodation and its contents with care. Any damage or defects must be reported immediately. The Guest is liable for damages or losses caused by the Guest, companions, or visitors.
8. Keys and Access Items
Guests are responsible and liable for replacement costs for lost keys, key cards, remotes, or parking permits.
9. Cancellation
The cancellation conditions displayed during booking apply.
10. Right of Withdrawal
No right of withdrawal applies because this is accommodation provided for a specific date (comparable to the German rule in Sec. 312g(2) No. 9 BGB).
11. Host Liability
The Host is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. For simple negligence, liability is limited to breach of essential contractual obligations and to foreseeable, typical damages. Liability for personal belongings is excluded where legally permissible.
12. Final Provisions
German law applies. Place of jurisdiction (where permissible): Berlin. If any provision is invalid, the remainder remains effective.
