House Rules & Policies

Digital check-in: Digital check-in is required for every stay. The registration form must be completed in full before access can be granted.

1. Check-in / Check-out: Check-in from 3:00 PM, check-out by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for a fee and subject to availability. Guests who stay beyond the agreed check-out time or delay our cleaning are liable for all resulting costs and expenses.
2. Bookings in your place of residence: Guests may not make reservations with Bliss Place within their place of residence. Please contact us if you would like to book in your own city.
3. Smoking / Parties / Noise: Smoking, parties, and excessive noise are not allowed. Violations of the no-smoking rule incur a fee of €250 plus the costs for special cleaning and any damage repair.
4. Commercial shoots & illegal activities: Commercial photography/videography without written permission and illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
5. Unauthorized guests: Guests exceeding the number stated in the reservation are not allowed. We charge €30 per night of the reservation for each unauthorized guest.
6. Pets: Pets are not allowed. Violations may result in an additional cleaning fee. Guests with assistance animals are asked to contact us before the stay.
7. Lost keys / access items: Guests are responsible and liable for the cost of replacing lost keys, key cards, remotes, or parking permits.
8. Noise monitoring / CCTV: Noise level monitoring systems may be installed inside apartments to monitor excessive noise. CCTV may be installed in public/common areas.
9. Damages / losses: Guests are fully responsible and liable for damages or losses to the premises and facilities. Guests must report any damage to our customer service.
