Bliss Place operates furnished apartments for business travelers, project staff, and quiet city visitors. We rent apartments like a normal tenant – with a clear commercial lease and one point of contact – and then take over the complete, professional operation.

We act as your apartment’s fixed, commercial tenant. For you this means: one contract partner, one fixed rent payment, one contact person – instead of constantly changing short-term tenants.
Clear target group
Our guests are mostly traveling for business: corporate travelers, project staff, consultants, higher-end trade workers, plus quiet city visitors. No party apartments, no anonymous large groups, no “hostel vibe” in the building.
Standardized processes
Cleaning, inspections, check-in, and technical setup follow clear, standardized procedures. The condition of the apartment remains transparent, documented, and predictable.
How we use your apartment
The way we use your unit is clearly structured and transparent. Our priorities are peace in the building, a consistently well-kept condition of the apartment, and reliable processes.
Guests and length of stay
Typical guests are business travelers, project staff, and city visitors staying for several days or weeks. No hostel-style operation, no party rentals, no constantly rotating large groups putting pressure on the building.
House rules and quiet
We define clear house rules, communicate quiet hours, and reserve the right to exclude guests who violate them. Peace in the building and a good relationship with the neighbors come first.
Careful handling
Furniture, equipment, and technical installations are provided by us, checked regularly, and renewed if necessary. Wear and tear and any damage are documented and handled in a structured way – not “on the side.”
Our process when we rent your apartment
1. Key facts & viewing
You send us the key facts of the apartment (location, size, condition, building structure). We then schedule an on-site viewing and clarify any open questions directly with you.
2. Assessment & decision
We assess whether the apartment fits our concept (location, neighborhood, legal framework) and give you a clear answer: yes, we want to rent it – or no, we don’t see a sensible setup for both sides.
3. Lease agreement
The rental is based on a commercial lease with fixed conditions. You have a stable tenant, clear usage rules, and predictable income.
4. Setup & operations
We take care of furnishing, equipment, and technical setup (for example, access systems) and start structured operations as a serviced apartment – including guest management, cleaning, and ongoing support.
What happens during ongoing operations

Additional locations
We are continuously assessing additional apartments in Magdeburg and selected cities. What matters is that the unit, the location, and the building structure fit the concept – not every apartment is suitable by default.
